Hi! I'm Chris, a Freelance Colorist for Commercial, Music Video, Narrative, and Promotional Materials.

My career began with a deep love for hip hop music and filmmaking. This passion led me to the concert halls, where I had the opportunity to film with some of my favorite artists and eventually produce and direct music videos and short films. Alongside producing and directing, I took on the role of editor for everything I shot, and it didn't take long for me to realize that Post-Production was where I truly belonged.

In 2009, I got my foot in the door at STARZ Entertainment as a Tape Operator, handling dubs and media transcoding. Over time, I advanced from Assistant Editor to Video Editor, working on trailers and promotional material for original programming. Eventually, I honed my craft as a Colorist. In 2020, I was appointed as the Premiere Colorist, where I developed and refined the workflow for STARZ.

Now, as a Film Colorist with a strong eye for the "Look," I work primarily in DaVinci Resolve, specializing in color grading promotional materials, EPK interviews, and BTS footage for Original Television Programs. My recent projects include Outlander, BMF, Spartacus: House of Ashur, Power Universe, Raising Kanan, Blindspotting, Heels, Ghost, Shining Vale, Party Down, Becoming Elizabeth, Step Up 3, and Minx.
